Our Store Policy

 

At Sydney Ny'Cole Hair, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. So, with that said, we do not give refunds. We will give you a credit and replaced damaged hair, that has not been worn or washed. The hair must still be in the package and returned back to us for an even exchange. We are fair and honest and want to give the best customer service. (Your credit or debit card address must match ororder will be subject to cancellation and not processed)
